Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using FolioCraft ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service description

FolioCraft is a document platform for creating, sending, signing, and tracking proposals, contracts, and invoices. The Service includes AI-powered features, e-signature capabilities, and integration with third-party CRM systems.

3. Account and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person or legal entity may maintain only one free trial.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. All prices are in USD. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within the first 14 days for annual plans only.

• Starter: $49/month (1 user, +$21/extra seat)
• Pro: $149/month (5 users, +$19/extra seat)
• Business: $399/month (custom seats, +$17/extra seat)

Every new account receives a 14-day free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required to start.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all documents, proposals, invoices, and other content you create on FolioCraft. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We do not use your content to train AI models.

You grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service (e.g., rendering proposals for your recipients).

6. E-signatures

FolioCraft provides electronic signature capabilities that comply with the ESIGN Act (USA) and eIDAS Regulation (EU) for standard electronic signatures. Each signature is timestamped and secured with a SHA-256 hash. A Certificate of Completion is generated for each signed document.

FolioCraft e-signatures are not qualified electronic signatures (QES) under eIDAS. For transactions requiring QES, please use a certified provider.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam, phishing, or fraudulent documents
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

8. Availability and support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support response times depend on your plan tier (email for Starter, priority for Pro, SLA + phone for Business).

9. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FolioCraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days (for recovery), then permanently deleted.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
